Anti-rape Campaign AD

Image result for if you have to use forceImage result for if you have to use force

OK so i'm sure that if you have twitter, or use the internet in almost any way, you've probably seen these images, but if you haven't, I'll explain;

the first image is two glued pieces of paper glued together, which forces you to practically rip the pages apart to see the clear image, which then becomes the second picture, two women's legs spread apart. The caption for this is  "if you have to use force, it's rape".
Honestly I find this an extremely brilliant form of advertisement, considering rape is such a high occurrence here in the US and other countries, what do you think?

  3. I ADORE this. It's absolutely brilliant.

    And people, don't every have sex with someone unless they clearly say they want it. No means no and yes means yes are important to remember. And never go ahead unless they say "yes."

  4. That is brilliant advertising.

    I feel like this may give the message that it is only rape if you use force. People need to remember that it may also be rape if the person is younger than the age of consent, is not able to consent, or simply does not say yes.

    But yes, this is a really awesome ad!

  5. When we talk about the gender and Marxixst lens, a discussion of power comes into play--its uses and abuses. Clearly, this add illustrates the abuse of power that is rape.

  7. I love and agree with this advertisement. However, it does make it seem like women are the only ones who get raped. I believe they should have an add for males as well.
