If a poison expires, does it become more dangerous or less dangerous?

I feel like this is a 'chicken or the egg' kind of question. If a poison expires, do you think it become more dangerous or less? Why?

  1. Well, if you think about it really it just depends on the poison, the way it's kept, and the way it was created/extracted.

  2. Organic poisons lose toxicity and require higher doses while inorganic such as Mercury and Arsenic become increasingly toxic or will just stay at the same level of toxicity.

    2. ya most of the more... unstable elements such as cyanide don't really lose toxicity and will either remain constant or become even more volatile.
