A start to my book possibly?
"So there it was. But maybe I should explain what it is. I don't really need to though. It's ultimately not that important. I'll just leave you hanging." As the man strode back and forth in front of the body, still beating but not breathing, he began to tell his story. "It all began with it though. But never mind that thought. I was standing there watching it, gawking at it, as it did what it was made to do. I know i'm being vague but just hang in there okay? It made it's appearance well known, shooting these strange balls of fire and smoke through the currently black sky and air. It rammed through everything it came across. Knocking it down with little effort or simply acting like it never existed in the first place." The hanging body began to gurgle. " Fine I'll cut you down, stop your whimpering." He blissfully took one single step and cut the body down. It began to breath again. Filling it's now collapsed lungs with air. " Are you okay? You don't look okay. Let me fix that for you." As the body lade there, still grasping for air, the man walked over, picked the body up and slammed it hard against the tip of his knee. As the bone broke, shattering into millions of tiny pieces breaking through the body's fare skin making holes like shrapnel from a grenade, the body began to breath in actual air. The back had been completely shattered, but in the progress re-opened the lungs allowing it to breath. "Now that's better. Not pain wise, but better over all because you'll live. Now it was coming closer to me every time it took it's steps. At first I was scared s**tless. Not knowing what to do, where to run, how to hide, but then I realized something, maybe it was just the right time. So I stood there, waiting for it to take me away and it did, just not how I was hoping it to." The body, now broken lay flat on it's stomach to avoid further injury to it's back. "It just sucked me up. Pulled me straight into it. And when I was inside I was met by pure white, I couldn't even see..." "You do know they're coming right?" The broken body spat out. "They're coming, and they're going to kill you." " That's hilarious, and rather preposterous." "How do you find that funny?" "Who wouldn't? I mean really, what the hell are they gonna do to stop me? Shoot me? Stab me? Blow me up? What do you think they're gonna do once they get here huh? Say this, they kill me and they still fail because I would've already killed you. They don't kill me, I kill them, then I kill you. But I could compromise. They get here and I finish my story, I don't kill you and they kill me and you. That sounds a lot better." "You're a sick man." "I'm actually doing pretty well, no fever or symptoms that I can detect, thank you very much." As the man finished his sentence, they came in. Busting through every possible entrance. They stood up guns pointed at point waiting for the order. They stood, guns gleaming, bullets barking, muscles burning, teeth waiting for meat. But the order never came. As the bodies lay across the floor, blood oozing through holes of bullet wounds, all culminating to form a giant river of blood that lead to the large lake of blood. The man turned towards the broken body and said "Now where was I?"

West High Academic Assembly
Towards the end of the previous school year, there was an academic assembly. Freshmen received teacher recommendations and sophomores, juniors, and seniors had to have a 4.2 GPA in order to get a reward. Those who were to receive an award were called out of class to move onto the football field before the rest of the school was sent out to the bleachers. During the assembly, nearly everyone was talking and not supporting their classmates. Comments like "this is stupid" and "why are we doing this?" were frequent, and Twitter saw several comments over it. A student posted, "Get those nerds off my football field." Many of the comments were harsh and critical of the award recipients. On the other hand, some of the people who got awards posted things like, "We're going to be your bosses some day." Both sides said some incredibly offensive things to each other.
The reality is that those people on the football field are still our classmates. The "nerd" and "jock" thing only created separation and conflict between us. The response to the assembly seemed so unusual to me. Not even the friends of the awardees were clapping!
There are two main opinions: the assembly is unfair to those who do sports, and the assembly is a positive way to reward those who do well in the area of academics. I believe those in opposition were frustrated with the assembly because they spent their time doing sports. The amount of work and dedication it takes to be successful at sporting events is tremendous. It is especially difficult to get A's in three or four high-level classes while juggling a sport on top of everything.
On the side of the so-called "nerds", they put their time and effort into their course work. It is so similar to the "jocks", only their dedication is directed to a different area. To many of them , they feel as if they should be recognized for being good at school. Unlike with sports, there aren't huge trophies and medals to be won. The assembly is the recognition for their hard work, instead of a trophy case.
In the end, none of it matters. Every single person on that field was a classmate who deserved attention and respect. They are our classmates, so we should still be supportive of them no matter where their strengths lie! Personal feelings like jealousy, feelings like you are not treated fairly only separate us. Why focus that much on the negative aspects of our humanity? So much effort is made to gain equal rights for all people. On this very blog, there are so many posts on this topic. We should love our classmates, whether they have a 4.5 or are an All-State football player. No matter who it is, we need to support one another and boost each other up, not tear each other down.

Manga and Anime
Japan has given us an amazing amount of fictional illustrations. Whether it is a motion picture or just a still filled with the feels. The stories vary and some make it bigger than ever becoming a household name like Pokemon for example while others fade into the obscure scene where it strives off those who explore the depths of the genres. Animations grow more popular and often times is the only reason people know of a series while the manga take time to read and cause heart break if the next volume isn't available after several months of waiting.
Which one do you prefer? Manga? Anime? Both? What is your favorite?
Have you ever heard of Iris Zero? If not then I recommend reading it, it's a beautiful story that I think needs a lot more attention even though it barely gets updated online, but the characters are fantastic and the story is quite something as well.

Adding a little Humor to the Blog
“If your friend is already dead, and being eaten by vultures, I think it's okay to feed some bits of your friend to one of the vultures, to teach him to do some tricks. But only if you're serious about adopting the vulture.” -Jack Handy
Would you do it? What would be your vulture's name, I mean if you're adopting it then please at least name the thing. The little guy learned tricks for the bits of your friend after all.
